WTF is an actor's pension? :puzzled:

Do enough work as an actor and you can join the following unions: Actors' Equity, the Screen Actors' Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. Then you are eligible for things like a 401k, health insurance, pensions and so forth. If you work steady enough over a career, you can retire after 65 and still have a livable income, when you include social security.

They force all actors to sign up for the union, you wont get any work if they find out you aren't paying into it.
