John Salley Says 99% of the diseases come from what we eat and that people should eat more fruits and vegetables along with sea salt in water!

Why do y’all always post chiropractors for justification? They are the biggest quacks out there. They are not Physicians nor do they know anything about the body. These two are quacks. Nobody should be eating a teaspoon of salt in your water wtf. These chiropractors are not Doctors , are dangerous and should be removed from YouTube .

This is the very first thing I said. If you don't need it then don't do it.

And I never said anything about adding a whole teaspoon. That's the daily recommended serving. That's crazy.

Always do more good stuff for yourself ... so that you're able to treat yourself occasionally.


Got a Filipino friend in his late-40s. He's been an avid runner for many years. Helps him maintain his weight / cardio, and he's already in good health. He isn't as well-versed in weight training, but said he wants to get back into that in the months ahead. He stays consistent with the running though (at least 4 - 5 afternoons a week).


He said for years his treat to himself was Saturday evening. He'd pick up takeout and have that with a nice beer. Something to look forward to. He doesn't do it as often these days given inflation / restaurant prices.


Also ... when he chooses to snack at home ... he makes sure to use a SMALL bowl or dish. That way he gets the snack fix, but isn't sitting there consuming way too much. It's just "enough" ... and that's it. Back to regular, healthy diet.

I've been doing this for years for the most part, Saturday evening treat, I slip up sometimes but when I see my midsection start to spread immediately get back on this routine. Weekdays fruit, vegetables, salads and water and on Saturday I'd eat whatever. I've also been doing intermittent fasting for at the past 6-7 years so I very rarely eat before 1:30 so that has helped too

That's the way to do it. Allowing yourself that cheat day because you know you've been making smart decisions the bulk of the time.


Like my friend was saying. Paraphrasing what he said to me ...


"I've got a sweet tooth ... so I like candy, M&Ms, whatever. But again ... it's that small bowl or dish that I'm using. I am not eating a salad bowl of junk. I am not finishing the whole bag. I'm having that small amount ... and I'm good."


As my own mom would say to us when we were kids ... "Everything in moderation. And too often it's the empty calories that pile up. The sugary drinks. The junk cereal. The potato chips. All the stuff that's quick and easy. Or as adults ... many people are drinking deluxe coffees every day. Basically dessert. And that stuff adds up to the tune of thousands of extra calories weekly."

It's a fact that healthy eaters tend to be healthier, but vegans also die.
Look at Bob Marley and his Ital diet for example. Sometimes genetics, solar radiation as well as viruses, bacteria and other parasites can get you sick no matter what you eat. If you still not convinced then why do plant eating animals get sick?
