It should be a balance but eveything should be in moderation because I do eat out sometimes but not everyday and I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables with always drinking a lot of water everyday.

Funny side note - my mom's boyfriend. Mid-70s. His after-dinner routine is he has himself one of his favorite cookies (he's been buying the brand for many years), makes himself a cup of tea ... then goes outside to smoke a joint.
