Folks don't understand how much gerrymandering played a role in this election. Trump lost the popular vote by 2.8 million to Clinton. That has never happened before! Where a President lost the popular vote by millions, but still won the election.
In 2000, George Bush lost the popular vote by 500,000 votes and took the electoral college. This shyt happened only 3 times before the 2000 election...in the 1800's! Folks were heated about that shyt. This caused my generation to get reacquainted with the electoral process.
I never thought I would see this shyt again in my lifetime where a President lost the popular vote by such a wide margin. I thought the word was out. And yet it did happen again, 5 times worse than in 2000.
