The Sheriff said don't believe nothing unless its comes from the police. Only follow their evidence. He said the witness that said that is not telling the truth and there is no camera footage.

Is there anyone in the Fam with a lot of experience in gunshot wound forensics? I am a little skeptical about the conclusion that the wounds were not "consistent" with being shot from above. Thanks for the info. I guess it's my non trust of white people but I found the press conference and when he started talking about the shells in the car, the coroner seemed to get fidgety like he was lying (he was actually fidgety for most of the conference). I'm probably reading too much into it but his body language seemed to change, started scratching is head and shit . I still think they should have held him until the investigation was over. They did it in the Will Smith case.

When they found the gun in the truck, it just confirmed what the witness said about Will saying he had a gun. Will was also drunk and his people were supposedly 'enhancing' the situation. They had a witness on video and he still got fucking charged.
But the shooter in that case was a big, black man. Guess he can't fear for his life like a cac, so he was quickly charged.

Obviously you don't get it. If you're driving and you have a confrontation with a white guy who is talking cash money shit. Even going so far as to call you a monkey and a nigga, you'd better proceed with caution. That adrenaline and testosterone might get you killed. I will no longer get out of my car. I sat down with my sons and had a discussion with them about this case. I explained how it has changed my thinking and how inadvisable it is to expose yourself in that manner.
You can argue about the fairness all you want, but none of that will bring McKnight back. The last thing he did in his life was apologize to his eventual killer. He instinctively put up his hand to block a bullet to no avail. His killer is going to walk away scott free. If he had survived, I can guarantee you that he would never, ever hop out his car again on some road rage shit he was going to forget about in half an hour.

I was really angry when I first came in and read the first few post. Then I saw that McKnight hopped out his car and approached the guy who then shot from inside of his vehicle and I just smh. People, we as a minority have to be smarter then this. In this situation, whether the shooter was black or white, after beefing during road rage you do not approach the other vehicle, especially when you're unarmed and even more so in a "stand your ground" state.
This is a tragedy that will probably go unpunished due to a misstep by a man who let anger get the best of him. In a world where we are the bullseye we have to calculate better. Fuck.
