How does he even make money? Who on here has paid to see him or bought his music?

Good music where the fuck are You from? Bebe King live was a classic show. Bebe King, delta blues is good music.

all subjective but imo joey makes good music

and is still one of the most talented rappers out

True in d . If Joe is talented I don't see why y'all pineing for rap the shit is over. Y'all don't buy records white folks keep em in a home and pay for their kids education.

If you don't like Mood Muzik 2 or 3 then your hip hop opinion in insignificant.

Also if you don't like Joe Budden, why enter a thread about Joe Budden?

Gotta say I don't know much about him, but I do like the way he deals with the ratchet on couples therapy.

He makes good rap music but he can come across as a goofy MF though.

im sittin here like, "cats are dissin Joey????" all that ratchet TV shit is LAME

but the boy can spit

he has his own niche and quite the loyal following

and with that you can eat a long time in the music business

Yeah dude has a strong and loyal following. Dude can spit bars though. Even though he must come across as an asshole, dude has bars for days. He played a few tracks on his podcast which gets mad downloads every week.

he's always been trash to me... everytime somebody say his new shit is dope, I go listen to it an then delete that shit off of 1 listen. I watch all breakfast club interviews an this had some funny parts, but this is a lame ass dude

Go back to listening to that Young Thug and Future, huh?

Mr. Pump.it up is still around. I thought he died.

Too bad your trolling ass hasn't

But he beeeen doin that. He really was Drake before Drake.

lol not really. I don't think so. But i dont listen to alot of drake. With Joe it seems like every song now he puts out it's about some relationship shit. Back in the day he would tell stories. Or be introspective.

i'm a hip hop head and i think he's terrible, i don't like his flow and his antics make him worse, he's like tech nine with a more hip hop fan base

Joe Budden let everything but his music define him. Everything he does outside of music is what people know most about him.

people seem to not understand what a cult following is..20,000 loyal fans can keep ya pockets nice for a long time..if u release a cd twice a yr at 10 bucks a piece and 20,000 people cop it everytime..ur clocking close to half a mil b4 taxes(not even gonna include singles sales, club appearances, selling merchandise, etc) ..there's money at being independant and having a cult following

far better interview than I expected...a lil more than halfway thru

That quote should answer your question. Joe Budden fans love them some Joe Budden. Only Boosie rivals him in terms of modern rappers who may not be "stars" but have super-passionate fan bases.
