Wasn't ever much in terms of quality to begin with, as it was shot around 1980 with some primitive home video equipment (and then dubbed a number of times). The tape really had nowhere to go for years ('cept in private circles), until the video revolution finally took swing and it got some hand-to-hand underground exposure (and then later got a bit of a commercial boost after the celeb sex tape boom of the late '90s, but the poor quality didn't do much for public interest).

Well, she hasn't been in the limelight since the mid-'80s, since her divorce from that freak (now a minister!) and her successful re-marriage. Basically settled down to raise several kids and do charity/church work. She's also suffered for some 20+ years from a very uncomfortable disease called edomentriosis.

She didn't let herself go. She got very sick at a time when there wasn't much information for treatment about her condition. She then championed it's cause so that women today have better options and don't have to deal with the false notion that they "let themselves go".

It's so interesting that men, who are known to make the worst patients and tend to be huge BABIES for even the mildest of illnesses, overlook basic human conditions like sickness, disease, and overall "old age" to down women who don't look "up to par".
