If he never said that line, I think people would be cool with him "using" biggie's lines, but since he did I don't know how people can put him anywhere near him as far as being the greatest. Plus, he also uses biggie's style by not writing his lyrics down while he's in the booth. All this stuff really doesn't add to biggie's legacy. Hell I didn't even know that Tracy lee's song with biggie was the same beat was the one on The Black album. A person had to tell me that. Jay-z is a great rapper but it doesn't seem like he as good as he can be at times.
