Every financial report/news (as much as you can trust them) says Jay-Z is about $1-2M deep in most things... I think the racetrack was the most exposure I seen him have and that was like $5M iirc... So I am guessing he has several of these little chunks and $100M (that's not sleepin) is the most he can cash out... is that HATE fam?
