I agree with you, but he WAS relating to kids. He told them that the game was THEIRS to inspire them..."Yeeah, this is OUR game!"
That not only puts the onus on THEM to excel, but it also gives them ownership. That will motivate them to strive to be paid to play, just as he and Dak are.

I get that but I just dont like that its a game or kid game shit; its not a game and they need to be real about this shit; take it seriously, work on your craft, get paid, and have fun...
