Jackie Robinson West (Chicago) stripped of U.S. title

Funny

Cacs republicans can redistrict areas for a bigger voting block

But it's all of a sudden illegal cause an all black team was smashing cacs..

Last I checked all those kids were the same age as the cacs they destroyed but now it's a problem cause 3 of the players ain't live in the neighborhood smh
CO-SIGN:cool:

Racism at it's finest

Dig up whatever they can cuz the black team won

Doesn't mean shit cuz the kids still did thing

Crackas can take that moral victory, still lost the games

To make matters worse the salty CAC who was pushing the issue is rumored to be married to a black woman:smh:. If true I hope the NBW(Negro Bed Wench) is put out there and when she goes out in public around other black people, I hope she gets scorn.

They interviewed the CAC again and he says he would not change a thing. Then he tried to use the I am not a racist because I have a black wife excuse. Like that means something. CAC's can like black women and show dislike and/or indifference towards black males at the same time.

Little League cheating call raises allegations of racism

Supporters of a Chicago Little League team that had its national title revoked over allegations of cheating accused the Little League organization Wednesday of racism.

Little League International announced Wednesday morning that the Jackie Robinson West All-Stars had players in its lineup who lived outside the team's boundaries.

At an afternoon press conference, the Rev. Jesse Jackson asked, "Is this about boundaries or race?"

"This decision's untimely and inappropriate at this time," Jackson told reporters. "It should not take six months after a team has played a championship game to determine eligibility to play the game in the first place."

The league's decision came after teams from Illinois and Nevada complained that Jackie Robinson West's roster was rigged.

The Rev. Michael Pfleger called the complaints from the Illinois team "mean-spirited" and "personal."

"When you're going over to voter registration and going to birth certificates and doing all this time of hunting and a witch hunt that's been going on for the last number of months, I can't help but wonder the question if the same thing would have been done with another team from another place, another race," Pfleger said.

Officials from the Illinois and Nevada teams spoke to CBS News before the league announced its decision.

"Little League has very specific rules in terms of where somebody should live in order to play for a particular little league," Evergreen Park Little League Vice President Chris Janes of Illinois said. "JRW's boundaries are very specific and do not extend into any suburbs."

Nevada's Mountain Ridge made it all the way to the U.S. final, eventually losing to Jackie Robinson West.

"They tricked people, and they blindsided others, and they did those things that were strategic but illegal," Mountain Ridge coach Ashton Cave said.

"It's just a matter of integrity and dignity, and it's just awful," Mountain Ridge parent Kristi Black said.

An inquiry by Little League International last year exonerated the Jackie Robinson squad, but new information reopened the residency wrangle, much to the consternation of the Chicago team's boosters.

:smh::smh::smh:

"We had to provide birth certificates, proof of schools, light bills, so we had to prove our residency in order to join the team," Jackie Robinson West parent Venisa Green said before Wednesday's decision.

At Wednesday's press conference, Green said she was "blindsided" by the league's decision and that she heard about it on the radio as she was driving her son Brandon to school.

"It is amazing to me that whenever African-Americans exceed the expectations that there is always going to be fault," Green said.

Jackson called on the Las Vegas team to not accept its newly awarded championship, saying the team "did not earn" it.

Question:

If your kid was on the team how do you explain what happened?

The kids know what happened, it's just like a kid going to your school that you know lives in the next city. The kids know who lives in their area and who doesn't

On Wednesday, Little League's Jackie Robinson West were stripped of their US title and forced to vacate their 2014 victories thanks to an investigation that proved they had cheated in order to construct a super team. The reason that Little League found out is thanks to a neighboring Chicago-area league, Evergreen Park, which gathered information on Jackie Robinson West's recruiting of ineligible players from outside of their district.

It turns out that Evergreen Park is guilty of the same rule breaking, and not all that long ago, either: the mother of a player from their 2011 team admitted as much when she saw the hypocrisy of their snitching.
In 2011, she says her son Jacoby was recruited to play in Evergreen Park's Little League, despite living on Chicago's South Side.
"The paperwork was filled out for me," Cannon-Young said. "I was told that although he was not a resident of Evergreen Park, they were going to fix that so that he could play. Just use another address, and he would be able to play."

Cannon-Young says she thought nothing of it - it was just baseball - until Evergreen Park raised suspicions about JRW.
Remember, Evergreen Park lost to Jackie Robinson West in a 43-2 drubbing during the sectional portion of the 2014 Little League season -- there was every reason to believe that at least part of why Evergreen Park's coach went all private investigator on his former opponents is because of that game, and this news does nothing to discourage that idea. You could assume that Evergreen Park was just trying to do the right thing, to make sure that the rules of Little League were enforced, but this is at best an optimistic point of view, and at worst a naive one.

Once all these tournaments start, Little League goes from recreational spring fun to competitive, with trips and trophies and TV time at stake. Consider that this kind of cheating occurs all over the game -- not because of the kids, but because of the adults organizing the whole thing -- thanks to the desire for all that competitive play can bring. The CEO and president of Little League International even admits that this is widespread at the local level, and former MLB pitcher Mark Mulder was quoted in the same story as saying Jackie Robinson West specifically has been pulling this stunt since he was a kid in Little League.

Jackie Robinson West wasn't the first to cheat (and neither was Evergreen Park), and they won't be the last, either. Little League, like any other competitive sport, is going to have cheating. Just because kids are involved doesn't make the game pure and innocent: they aren't signing themselves up, organizing international tournaments, setting up interviews with ESPN personalities, or booking flights to Williamsport. Adults are doing all that, and when adults are involved, cheating is going to occur. That doesn't make it right, but that is how competitive sports work.

:angry::angry::angry::angry::angry:

Man these so called boundaries are laughable. Youth soccer does all kinds of crazy shit to put the best teams together, INCLUDING bringing kids from out of the fucking country for big tournaments.

Rules only matter for Black kids who excel past white children. Asians cheat in school (drugs, tests, etc), Mexicans and whites cheat at every thing, we just get the hammer dropped harder because we ALWAYS go back trying to do the so called right thing.

I agree with him, calling someone intentions racist in this case is high bar to climb. What now the other team must now banned for their racism?

To me they were just some jealous bitches that couldn't stand the attention the Chicago team was getting.

I don't listen to him anymore but I will say this about that...

look at the ONLY teams that have been stripped of their titles who happen to all be composed of minority rosters.

And just for the sake of argument that it IS jealously...

and I wonder if Mone Davis' team had one with everything they had invested with her...would the league offices even had investigated the win?

Yes they were OBVIOUSLY jealous but it just so happens the damn all white team raises THIS much of a stink not ONCE but TWICE???

Against the ALL BLACK team.

again MAYBE race wasn't involved and this is pure jealously and envy but based on the optics of the situation I have a hard time believing that.

And i think they need to DEMAND all the other playoffs be THOROUGHLY investigated...by an independent outside source.

Since race wasn't an issue and just fairness and the children, they should be all for this.
