There's a little inlet from the bay behind my job and today is the first time in about three years that I've seen it frozen over. Then you have the "Hawk" pushing through over that cold water too. This shit better warm up soon.

Cashmere or any merino wool undergarments would do the job
Pretty much. Unless its a really strong wind, cashmere & wool garments can do a phenomenal job at keeping the cold out without a coat.
