but all I wanted from DRS was gangsta lean (the single) not the whole cd![]()
I'm about to put that E. 1999 on zshare for you if it'll fit, I gotta check the file size real quick

Dude first of all I never said I liked DRS I just said Bone harmonized like they did. Don't you dare label me a DRS fan.Andeyhollawho said:http://www.zshare.net/audio/3033743e5154ff/
There it is patna'. Gangsta Lean.
If I get a chance I'm gonna put up the first song on that joint. When you hear the lyrics you will realize that Freaky just talking out his ass on that DRS shit.
"Beat Down, Beat Down, I had to beat him down...cause mama ain't raise no punk"
And he talked shit about T-Pain!
Back to the Bone.
***edit***
Fuck it. I couldn't help it. This HAS to be one of the worst R&B songs EVER recorded.

And yes I takled shit about T-Pain. Damn you are the leader of the defense force.
Bizzy didn't leave the group he was kicked out. He never showed up to shows, he never appeared in any videos for Art of War. He was always drunk and the rest of the group got tired of him not the other way around.
I have followed them from the beginning and I can tell you this is true. They kicked him out after Art of War but let him back in but after Thug World Order, they got fed up with him and said fuck it anddrew up the papers and ruthless released him.

freak_1 said:The difference is T-Pain is trying to pass themselves off as a singer, whereas Bone is a rap group that did harmonies like DRS.
You probably wouldn't know about DRS would you?
Dude, what the fuck is your problem? Are you that mad I don't like T-Pain, now you are attacking me on Bone and we are both fans of them. I just said they harmonized like they did and I was really going off of Gangsta Lean. I thought they were wack but they brought in something different. I was never ever a fan, I just pointed out a similarity, that's it, don't make it out to be something more than what it is and put words in my mouth.Andeyhollawho said:Sounds like a co-sign to me. What am I missing with DRS. Where I probably should know about them that is? And you are putting them in the same sentence with Bone? Using them to prove a point?
BEAT DOWN, BEAT DOWN...I HAD TO BEAT 'EM DOWN!!!!![]()

Um yes I know about Swizz and the Interscope deal. They wanted Bizzy with them and they almost had him but B being the diva that he is fucked it up for them and the initial deal fell through. So they released Thug Stories on Koch. Bizzy got his ass beat in Texas by Wish because of that. Swizz didn't have to beg them but they had to do some convincing though. People just assumed that Bizzy was the best in the group which is not the case. KB holds that title.Andeyhollawho said:Oh really Bone fan?
So did you know that Swizz had to BEG Interscope to release that new Bone album because Bizzy backed out of the deal?
They wanted all four. Bizzy was in, but he BACKED OUT. Bone got pissed. They paper got shorted and the push for the album got cut back, because Bizzy wouldn't sign. They blamed him for everything.
Bone got so fucked on that Ruthless deal that they STILL ain't seeing no bread. STILL owned by Ruthless even if the back of the record don't say it. Bizzy probably tired of chasing checks. My opinion.
I'll be back with sources.![]()

Even Krayzie Bone said they borrowed that harmonizing from them, not that they were innovators or pioneers or anything. Just a similarity, that's it. That Beat Down song I never heard, why would you listen to them past Gangsta Lean is beyond me.

You don't have to question me on my Bone knowledge I'm quite sure we have the same info.
Actually they are not owned by Ruthless. Tomika gave up all rights to their subsequent music in order to release them, but they get nothing from the old stuff did. Tomika did do her best to fuck them though I'll give you that and we can agree but she ain't seeing no paper and Thug Stories and all of their solos after they left Ruthless got them some paper.
Now they are on Interscope you think Jimmy Iovine would let Ruthless get any paper off them? Not happening.
This sh!t is gawd awful! Lol at that fake azz Sen Dog from Cypress Hill.Andeyhollawho said:"Beat Down, Beat Down, I had to beat him down...cause mama ain't raise no punk"

They getting a nice cut for real. And I want to clarify something. They initial deal that Bizzy fucked up was with J Records not Interscope.Andeyhollawho said:I agree.
Bizzy is not the best, but...he is like Slim in 112. He is the distinctive voice in the melody because he is the high tenor.
Ever notice how without Bizzy, Krazy stick out like a mutha on the harmony?
Think about Crossroads (Remix). Bizzy had the most memorable parts, but you sung along to Wish and Krazy..."so you won't be lonely...so you won't be lonely". Got to have that high tenor though. Makes the sound commercial.
As far as paper go...how much do you think they making off of the new shit? Real question no smart ass.![]()
I mean they can't touch any of the money from they biggest selling shit. That's fucking crazy. I guess Tameka don't give a damn, but to have the biggest selling group from your label broke and beating each other down over blown record deals!![]()
