I think he's done as a reliable starter in terms of being trusted to last a full season. He still has value as a quality QB when healthy but the problem is he can't stay healthy anymore so yeah he's done.
Getting them deep into the playoffs or not, I'll shit on the man's talent. When he's on the field, he's a definite threat for opposing defenses. However, the man can't stay healthy anymore and it's only a matter of time before he suffers a really bad injury that forces him off the field the wrong way. It's just the nature of how he plays and he just can't help himself.
