I only lost one fight in my life, and that was from a girl (laugh it up... I ended up dating her later on in life, then dumping her... 10 years later - present day - she's a fat ass with 3 kids. WHO'S LAUGHING NOW, BITCHES!!!). But that was because my mother taught me not to hit a female; that it was wrong to do so, especially if you were in the wrong. Invariably, I was wrong; I had thrown a bucket of (non lethal) snakes on her. I got my ass whooped, but I ended up apologizing to her, and we made good with one another. Some people need not open their mouths in front of their children, as is the case here. A shame indeed.

Homie, my partner I grew up with used to kick my ass all the time when I was little. I was always taller and bigger than him, but his pops was an ex-boxer and bodyguard for the Jackson 5 so he grew up boxing. Finally when we were about 8 or 9, all them whoopins had taught me the proper techniques, and I beat him down in front of his uncle. That was the last fight we ever had and we're good to this day.
2 things:
1: I beat him down in his driveway, in front of his people, and they let it go down. They knew we were homeboys, and that we would both be alright. He could have beat me down, but he knew that "boys will be boys" and by jumping in, he might escalate things.
2: Next, the older cats got us gloves, and let us get down in the hood to work off steam. They timed the rounds, and we usually went about 5, 2 minute rounds. Nobody ever got hurt, we grew closer as friends and learned respect for ourselves and others. As a man, once you know you can fight, you gain confidence, self esteem and respect for others.
These new bitches can't fight, and keep the cal on em, not knowing the white mans "Cal" is always bigger. Use your mind young brothers, guns are a means, not the ends to things.

Allthough I think if there were more responsible fathers in some of these kids lives, that things would be a little bit different.
HOWEVER
Some women and single mom's need to realize, they cant blame someone who isnt around, for what their children are doing. They gotta tigthen up their bra straps and play the hand they were dealt. Unfotunatley not having a father in the household isnt anything nothing new....The class of women that would give a child a gun, rather than teach them they cant win them all need to figure what is important. Raising a son that will repeat the cycle, end up in jail/dead or raising a son that she would be proud of.
