Thanks for posting, didn't catch that when he said it, but that is some dumb ass shit because no vaccine, not even the polio vaccine is 100% effective. Man, this country is getting dumber and dumber with our incompetent leaders! In my opinion, any misinformation whether pro or anti-vaccine should not be tolerated and all violators should be held accountable!
