Is this an accurate comparison between rich and poor people

The biggest reason for poverty is a system that made sure some people advance while others were purposely kept down

Let’s stop lying to people like everybody was put on the planet with great resources and opportunities, than majority just fell into poverty while a select few advanced into wealth.. literally give most poor people rich opportunities and I bet most will stay up.. now give most rich people poverty from the start and watch most stay on the bottom.. it’s easy to win with a 30 point head start vs another team, now how many teams can win when they start 30 points down

All these YouTube and tik tok clips are bullshit. They act like it’s all about some kind of mind trick and bam you’ll be rich. Most of those rich people he talking about were born with a giant head start and got gifted money from their parents to build off . It’s bullshit , some people realize they will never be rich and just go buy what they want to make them happy. These clowns act like people making hardly any money can save and plan for 3 generations. Only rich people can do that .

You are 1000% wrong. If people simply understood liabilities vs assets. They would not be poor. People make the mistake of spending money on liabilities instead of assets. Our homes are full of items that loose value the second we walk out the store. If you took half of that money and invested it, you would have generated twice that amount

Meanwhile Trump said he got a small loan of a million dollars. This is exactly what the fuck you're talking about. This shit ain't equal and ain't never been equal and will never be equal. If we are going to be part of The Haves and not the have not there's a lot more than needs to be changed than the mindset

True Mind is everything ..

but that doesnt change the fact

Caste systems are a tHINg..

an its thing is to keep the impoverished and disenfranchised,

in thier place.

it also doesnt change the fact wealthy stay rich by stealing

from the not so rich..

inflation, taxes, interest rates, all part of the economic war waged by the super wealthy

on everybody else...

Buuut when you master your mind you rise above all the bullshit!!

mind is all

all is MInD!!

I agree with the vid. Plus I know plenty of niggas that complain about being broke but got money to buy weed every damn day. A lot of people throw away money on shit that could serve them better being invested or saved. It may seem like small purchase but those small purchases add up. People out here claiming they broke but will throw all they bread at the latest jordans or some designer. I used to waste mad bread on going out and drinks and shit. Once i cut it down, I found myself saving hundreds each month. Gotta plan for the bigger picture.

What about all those under developed countries around the world where they don’t have enough money to feed their stomachs everyday.. they don’t buy Jordan’s or can’t even afford money to have enough clothing for the week let alone food..no clean water.. is it because they don’t think 3 generations ahead or because there’s a system in place that will never give them a chance to even get basic needs? Poverty didn’t start with america, poverty isn’t just an American problem, it’s a world problem.. are you saying millions maybe a billion people across the world are poor cause they don’t have a rich man’s state of mind?

It is correct. I was just telling my sisters kids about investing and investing in their vices. They truly didn’t give a fuck about what I was saying. :roflmao: I think got through to one of the four. That fact you pay $200+ for Nikes but don’t buy shares in the company (use any example) proves that poverty is a mindset. One of my first jobs was at Krogers in high school for a year or so. The stock is $40. I told the mother of my goddaughters to start 529s for em and she never did. The girls are now in their 20s, college dropouts, broke with tattoos and blue wigs. It’s a wrap for all 3 of em. Mindset is trash. If you or society can’t live without it, consider investing in it.

A lot of white people, especially in America are poor as shit, but their privilege and easy access to credit keeps their appearance up. I always tell the story even at a slightly older age when the housing crash happen back in 2008 my eyes became wide open to what white people was really doing all these years. If you was to shut down credit in this country, white people will go fucking insane.

What was the mindset of slavery? What was the mindset of black Wall Street? I can be rich in satan’s empire. A black man like myself 2000 invested in separating from devils and rebuilding the garden of Eden. In it we would rise above white law, become unlimited in riches, and live forever. We all know that a white man’s heaven is a black man’s hell. Unless he sells out. Either we take the earth back from white power

You’re a fucking idiot, you know how I know? Because you talking that invest shit like poor people going to make a lot of return. Clown ass idiot assuming everybody goes out and wasted money and that is why they are poor. Not the fact that inflation and housing takes up most peoples money.

It's more than that though. The country is designed for people to keep themselves down.

For instance, out here in the Bay Area there's a handful of neighborhoods where you can sort out your entire life within five blocks of where you live. There's easy access to a bus or train if you need to go further.

But only rich people can afford to live there.

If you're poor you'll likely end up in a city or neighborhood where a slow bus runs once an hour. Buying a quart of milk takes a 10 minute drive.

If that car breaks down on the way to work you no longer have a job. Which means you might not be able to afford the gas you need to look for a new one. Things get bad enough that car might become your new home.

Meanwhile everyone points the fingers saying "it's your own damn fault for buying a car you couldn't afford." Or conversely "it's your own damn fault for buying a cheap car that breaks down all the time."

Same thing happens with food. You got neighborhoods that are filled with restaurants and liquor stores pushing all kinds of unhealthy foods and the nearest head of lettuce is 2 miles away.

People get tired after a hard day of work and eat the crap that's nearby. They end up with diabetes, cancer, hypertension, and other obesity related illnesses.

Then when they get sick everyone points the finger and says "it's your own damn fault for not living a healthy lifestyle."

Or maybe you're a young woman who married a man with a stable job. You have a couple of children and do the family thing. 5 years later this dude runs off, loses his job, or dies. Now everyone's pointing the finger at her saying "it's your own damn fault for having kids you can't afford."

Maybe you get an injury at work and can't afford the surgery you need to fix it so the doctor pumps you full of painkillers instead. Now you have an addiction that wrecks your mind and finances. Meanwhile everybody's pointing to finger saying "it's your own damn fault for being such a druggie."

Or even worse, you get assholes like this guy on Instagram pointing the finger saying "it's your own damn fault for not changing your mindset."

Fixed.

The biggest reason Americans stay broke is that they're expected to pay $7,000 to $8,000 a year for transportation to a minimum wage job.

Says the Arab with the cartier glasses on.

It's a mindset but it's also the way things are set up,once you instill a certain state of mind then you have to go up against the system in place that is designed to knock you back to square one which some people say's that that's part of capitalism which it is but that other shit that sparked that capitalism isn't;Why can't I get a loan,Why can't I sell my house for what it's worth,Why can't I get my goods out of the country at the same price they whole sale it to their own and my competitors?,Why is George always filing unwarranted complaints against me?,why, why, why, why, why, why, why?

Years of dealing with this shit will leave a Black man broken,he'll get old and cashout whatever's left cause he doesn't want his kids to face the battles he did and a lot of what he did was illegal that was equivalent to that bank load he was denied and the money he put up for decades to get a legal liqour license in NY that always get caught in the 'Lost & found' bin even with a lawyer going over everything....just to come to the conclusion "They just don't want a black man to have a license"......tell us about it.

I wish it was that simple... but it ain't. There are definitely people who if you took all of their money, they'd probably have the know how, mindset and hustle to be at least well off within 10 years.... and there are definitely some poor people who if given 10 mil... they'd be poor again within 10 years due to their mindset (shit, we see it all the time with retired athletes).

...but let's not act like all rich people, just by being rich, have the right mindset and know how to maintain and grow their riches. Lot of trust fund babies walking around in Manhattan that do one thing right.... the listen to their financial advisors... they're born with money and get more money as they age and people die, never having to worry about what poor/working class people have to worry about, and they have the right people telling them what to and what not to do with their $$$. That shit isn't always innate.

You act as if it take a lot to invest?

If you want generational money it does. You think buying 25 shares of McDonalds stock going to set you free? You think poor people can even afford 2 shares of that shit? And it ain’t even that much. People who get rich playing the market are already well off and dump tons of disposable money into blue chip stocks to the point where a small bump earns them hundreds of thousands of dollars. You’re not making significant money in stocks unless you’re already rich.

I'm mainly speaking from a USA perspective. Not talking about countries where resources and opportunity is limited.

The guy on the vid never said why Americans are poor.. he said why people are poor.. dude talking about in general.. this the internet so it was meant for every person who can watch the vid and even people who aren’t able to.. that’s why I said dudes like him act like there isn’t a system in place or areas in the world that lack basic common necessities for lot of demographics

Cause in this crass scenario buying food cause you're hungry is a stupid decision

Broke is a state of mind
poor is a circumstance that you have to overcome

broke implies you had it but spent it
poor is you never got it

if you want to speak intelligently and enlighten us then add some nuance please

Buying food is a necessity but the mistake poor people make is the continued cycle of buying liabilities. If people were taught and educated to buy assets, their situation would change.

Investing does not mean buying shares. There are so many ways to purchase assets. Assets are anything that hold their value. Stocks are not even the best way to grow your money. Stop thinking limited and listen to the concept.

You could have invested money in a t shirt printing machine instead of Jordan’s. If you spent $100 on the machine and made $400, that is a 300% increase

Instead of taking that $400 dollars and buying a liability that has no value, look for another asset to purchase
