Is the DMZ series good?

I loved "DMZ". It was one of my favorite "VERTIGO" books. But I honestly haven't read it since Issue #50. So I have to play some catch up now that it's about to end.

I loved the idea of the United States being split with NYC as the country's demilitarized zone. But I have to say that at times, the book was a bit confusing as to the sides being portrayed. So I lost interest for a bit.

I'd say once the series is finished, read it in its entirety.

DMZ is awesome but if you like any of the DC New 52 books you may not like it because DMZ has storyline, action and continuity.

read the last issue yesterday.. wouldnt mind seeing this made into a television series IMO
