I have just recently fell in love with Roxy, and I seen this clip of her on youtube, that makes me think she must be Dominican. Because we all know no black girl from Philly can speak Spanish that well.....

First off, she's speaking that Spanish you learn in Highschool(and she's pretty good, but not that good) and her Dialect would have to sound like a dominican to be a dominican. Different latinos have different Dialects. Second of all, she's too damn pretty to be Dominican. Dominicans have the distinct look of Arabs if you pay attention.

I don't date Arab bitches, and I'd fuck a Dominican bitch becuase not all of them are ugly, but the majority of those hoes aren't worth a "Peso" to spend in DR.

I don't speak Spanish and it's obvious even to me that she isn't a native Spanish Speaker. She may or may not be Dominican. But, she did not grow up speaking Spanish.
