Is Karma the same as Cause and Effect?

Nah but i think it depends on what you want to call it. I believe in positive and negative energy and i believe in spirits as well. I believe that you can collect negative energy about yourself that causes unfavorable things to happen to you.

You and I are so much alike. This is exactly what I believe....Just add on that life has shown me that Karma is very much real, but spiritual. And that cause and effect is more of a scientific event.
