Is it me or is Mike Brown the worst coach of a good team?

Mike Brown is actually a good fit for the CAVS, although he did get out coached something awful last year against the Magic. If that team had a big name coach him and Lebron would of been clashed. Brown is also a defensive coach and lets Lebron and the assistants handle more of the offense. But the biggest difference between this year and last year outside of adding some key pieces is that the Cavs are better defensively, scoring more points from their ability to play good defense, which should be accredited to Mike Brown.

Truth:yes::yes: Especially the part about get outcoached by stan van gundy:yes::yes:

you guys have a slave mentality
you want to see some white man coaching Lebron James
they just won by 23 points dude
he has prepared his team to win, that is part of coaching
he has mad many adjustments
Basketball is very simple, basketball is not all about x's and o's
He is a good coach, if he wasn't he would have been fired last year
so STFU and go ride on the white man's dick

Are you this retarded on purpose? Nobody said a damn thing about who I wanted the coach to be. I guarantee you after he gets fired, nobody will be beating his door down. There are plenty of black coaches who could do a better job. Prepares them to win? What sets does he run? Where was this preparation against Orlando? Seriously if the Cavs win the title this year do you think it will be more because of his coaching or the talent?

What adjustments has he made? The level of your coaching is determined when you have adversity. When the offense didnt work against Orlando what adjustments did he make? The reason he didnt get fired was because there wasnt a big name available, not because of his premium coaching skills...

P.S.. Grown men dont play dick games.

Give the man a break. How many titles did jerry sloan win? Do you consider him a good coach? How many did pat riley win in New York? Brown is a decent coach. Give the nigga a chance.

In lieu of today's results, it has to be this man

Brown is a good defensive coach, he has the Cavs at the top of defensive categories, it's just that his offensive strategy is to give Lebron the ball and get everyone the fuck out of the way.

Ok well bring the same shit on the Heat coach, and 99% of the coaches in the NBA. Bring the same intensity on all the other NBA coaches.

These arguments are ridiculous. What has Lebron ever shown which would make you think he would clash with a big named coach? Keeping his mouth shut while being benched by Larry Brown in the Olympics? Buying into Coach K in the Olympics? No problems with his high school or any AAU coaches? Please. Yes they are good defensively. Yes other coaches in the league suck. It has nothing to do with him being black. Mike Woodson has done a great job this year btw. The problem is their offense is shit. They may damn well win this year due to Lebron and the job the GM has done putting pieces in play. Tell me how hard it is to put him into a pick and roll for once with Mo. Is it possible to have him screen across for Z or Shaq and get him on the block? Is it possible to run him off some picks and get the ball in position to score without having to drive? That is grade school shit. They dont need a big name coach and they dont need to create anything that sets the world on fire on offense. But watching lebron in an iso everytime is ridiculous. They may win so you can argue a change is not needed, I'm just saying the game could be alot easier for him than it is now.

Mike Brown > Rick Carlise

I've been saying the same thing for the past few years. I'm tired of seeing Lebron with the ball at the top of the key dribbling 10 seconds off the clock while everyone else stands around in awe. There's no reason dude should be going 1 on 5 every damn play whenever he's in the game. Shit is beyond ridiculous.

He didn't get out coached, he got out manned, because the Cavs did not have the players to beat the Magic last year, but in-spite of all of that, the Cavs were actually in each game, except for the blow out, and if it weren't for these big plays that did not go the Cavs way, they could have easily been up 3 to 1 (The LeBron charge, the non call on the LeBron shot where he had the defender up in the air and then made contact, Mo Williams missed wide open shot at the end of the game, and the Mo Williams trip that was not called a foul.
But remember they had to play with Big Z, Ben Wallace, Wally Szczerbiak, Sasha Pavlovic, Joe Smith, Lorenzen Wright getting runs!
Stupid Magic fans will try to convince you that, those scrubs (who are all out the league, well just about, equate to this years version of, Jamison, Shaq, Hickson, Parker, Moon and Powe.... Now how stupid is that?

The worst coach in the playoffs is Adrian Dantley :smh: He single handedly fucking up the NUGGETS!!! If they had Karl i think they beat Utah going away... but obviously they aren't fucking wit him as stand-in coach, an after watching him throw Melo under the bus aafter the game last night, no wonder they are losing :smh::smh::smh:

Mike Brown fucking sucks!! Anybody says different is a fucking dumbass!:angry::angry:

I love Cleveland but even I could do a better job coaching than that nigga. I don't give a fuck if you are a defensive coach or not, as a head coach you need to know SOMETHING about running a fucking offense. That nigga knows shit!!:smh::smh::smh:

Mike Brown: ADJUSTMENTS??? What the fuck is that??:confused:

Mike Brown the worst coach of a good team?

if you're going to come in this thread and slam the man, at least give some specific examples that occurred during games of why you feel he isn't a capable head coach.

how did he throw carmelo anthony under the bus? i only watched a couple minutes of adrian dantley's post game interview, but he was 100% correct about carmelo anthony needing to read the D better. 9 TOs in a game is unacceptable.

I must have missed some interviews, but did Karl do that? When I saw Dantley doing it I was like  WTF? Just seemed odd.

Sometimes it isn't about X's and O's, it's about how you interact with the players. I know they are supposed to be professionals and play no matter what, but some coaches you want to play for and some you don't.

this shit is and will always be a players league. u need players. thats john kuester in those vids calling plays for cle. he is the head coach of detroit and we see what happened this year. i rather have lebron and a shit coach than shit players and larry brown.

funny shit, i been saying this for a while, if he didn't have LJ, he would hav been fired, and he knows it, you ever see when ever there is a timeout, he goes straight to james and ride his dick...

2 way street though.

players ought to give respect to their coaches regardless of who it is. it's not a sometime kind of thing.

if they don't like him (or don't agree with him) they need to sit. going through the motions isn't doing anyone (themselves, the coach, the team) any favors.

it was easy to scapegoat allen iverson as the problem in denver, but i'm pretty sure everyone can see that he clearly wasn't the main problem.

like i said before, this 2010 denver nuggets is the 2000 portland trailblazers.

and for those who blame the season ending tailspin on AD, think again. 5 of their last 6 losses were road games, and the nuggets were 19-22 on the road this season.

I hate to say it but...

They're neck and neck though...Woody had to have his job on the line after losing game 5 to finally make some adjustments on D. We have no offensive gameplan...it's as if our guys were just playing a pickup game 90% of the time.
