(setting up soap box)
Now, much of the fam has watched way more basketball this year than me, especially of Greg Oden. I am not saying he is good or bad but I feel like when people, black or white, see a tall black man and he can't play a sport, no, does not excel in a sport then he is "garbage".
When you really look at this thing. Once you get past 6'2" and you have any combination of strength, speed, power, agility, or leaping ability, you are bordering on a freak of nature. When you really think about it, as one gets taller and taller, mobility just decreases.
Then we get blessed to watch Kemp's and Wilkin's and Coleman's and Stoudamire's and Garnett's just systematically handle the rock, shake people with speed and agility, have a decent shot and we feel it normal. Fam, it's not. You are watching gifted athletes, and a form of greatness whenever the TV is on. Surely, there are multiple more blacks their height and weight who just earn a "normal" living.
So in defense of Greg. This ninja is 7'0". He shouldn't be doing sh!t, really. Since there is basketball though, he can make a great living. And he is only 21. I mean, let the ninja develop.
This rant partially comes from when Kemp's son was posted. Just a junior in high school and there were already these outlandish comparisons to his pops or just his skill set in general.
The ninja's 15

WTF? Let the ninja develop.
Oh, I forgot, our ticket out is ball. I digress.
