Is Bootytape.com down?

I was just on there last night but now I keep getting this error:

I got a message that it was being restored from a backup earlier but now I just get a 404 error.

I didn't know bootytorrents was still around. I know a lot of people stopped messing with them because they had database issues and went down for a few days every month.
