Bruh, parts of Africa are just Hellholes. Regular people have no way to protect themselves. The only people who are allowed to have guns are the military and these paramilitary groups.

How much do you think it takes to fund an “army”? I think the US budget misconstrues the actual dollars each nation spends on defense. Of the $1 trillion spent on defense, a good $600 billion is for the CEO in kickbacks. About $300 is for the CIA for when times gets hard and the last $100 is spent on bullets.
