By yourself, probably not. If you and wife both make $1000 a week, now you're kinda comfortable.
If you live in DC proper, it might be harder, DMV you can definitely live off 4K a month......

After taxes yes I could.. roof is covered, food is covered, transportation is covered. Various other essentials is covered. Once I can take care of the essentials I'm pretty much good. Now if I'm able to take some of that money and flip it I'm extra good

52,000 no taxes is literally like 85,000 with taxes in some states.. 85,000 a yr is a lil more than $40 an hr at work
