It's no secret that 50 Cent and Murder Inc. helmsman Irv Gotti have beef. In this SOHH exclusive, Gotti lets loose on the G-Unit General's "tough guy image," questionable features on Curtis, and sales loss to Kanye West.

It might be a stretch to say that Curtis flopped, but the platinum record did at least prove that 50 Cent may need a musical makover. Gotti said the problem is that Fiddy has gone pop.

"As far as his whole tough guy image and him always frontin' like he's the toughest guy, we seen firsthand that he's not the toughest guy. Ya understand?" Gotti told SOHH. "As far as music goes it's crazy to me because everything that he put Ja down for, he's become. Everything."

"I remember when (50 Cent) first came out he did an interview and he said Ja Rule's a pop artist and he should just make records with Christina Aguilera," Gotti continued. "Yo look at this n*gga's new album. Yo. Justin Timberlake. Akon. He's a black artist but he's a pop artist. Ya understand. He's getting' beats from will.i.am from the Black Eyed Peas. Who else is on his album? Robin Thicke."

"You doing records with white boys and they sound better than you on the record," Gotti added. "Like ya know they bodyin' you on the record. Like that's a Justin Timberlake record, that ain't even ya record homie. It should be Timberlake featuring 50."

Gotti said he paid little attention to the 50-Kanye sales race, but thought 50 Cent betting his career on a victory, against an underdog nonetheless, was a bad move.

"I actually thought with that, that he stepped in sh*t and he @#*$ed up," Gotti said. "They of all people should know about David and Goliath. David with his slingshot knock you off of that thing."

Gotti isn't in the business of doling out advice, but did have a few suggestions for the Southside King.

"Duck, that's my advice," he said. "When it comes, duck. Run. When it comes, run. That's the only advice. As far as advice for him and the business? There's no love there so why would I want to give him any advice. I could, but f*ck him." http://www.sohh.com/articles/article.php/12921

Fuck Gotti. It's over for him. :smh:

he called it rollercoaster!!!!!!!!! :roflmao:

it took me a few minutes to find out he was talkin about amusement park:lol:

The only reason yall hate Irv Gotti is because 50 got all yall brainwashed. You hate Ja Rule for no reason at all. You claim it's because he "Sings" on his hooks but half your favorite rappers do. Yall some follow the crowd type niggas. I got no problems with the bol.

He's not singing fucking duets. He is the biggest rap star. He got the biggest R&B stars to do what R&B stars do for rappers...sing the fucking hooks!!!

Ja wanted to sing WITH the fucking R&B stars. Not the same thing at all. Ja stopped even rapping and started singing the verses AND the hooks. Not the same thing. Ja forgot all about the fucking streets and thought he was better than that shit. NOT the same thing.

I don't mean to co-sign 50 like that (hell I was a Ja fan), but 50 avoided the mistakes Ja made just by staying true to the streets that made him.

im sorry Andeyhollawho, youse my nigga, but the doctor speaks the truth on that one.

It's not about the singing of the hooks. It's HOW Ja sung the hooks. I mean this dude was on a track with Mary J. Blige and said that he was as big of a reason for the song blowing up as she was!!!

He said his singing is what put it over the top. Bullshit!

50 wouldn't delusion himself like that! That lil fucker was out of control. He thought he was a singer. Thought that was more important than the rhymes. :smh:

That's my problem with Ja.

:lol::lol::lol: Dawg singing is singing. Cmon bruh.

Well shit rapping is rapping. Some do it better than others.

You got to feel what I am saying cuz. :smh:

Dude is on songs with Mary J. Blige saying he is just as good as her. :smh: This nigga ain't Luther.

Hell Lloyd Banks do it. Busta Rhymes do it. Devin The Dude do it. Andre 3000 do it (although a tad bit better than the rest...except Devin). Cee-Lo do it. Pimp C BEEN doing it. Kilo did it. Nas do it. Should I continue...

It's a part of hip-hop that some people harmonize on the hook. 50 do it. Ja do it. Fine.

But none of the people I mentioned above would EVER do it to the absurd ass level that Ja did and you know it. :hmm:
