It really wouldnt be much of a contest. The armour the Mandolorian wears is invulnerable. Nothing Batman or Ironman could shoot at him would harm him. Batman might be able to whoop the Mandalorian's ass in fisticuffs, but Mando's tech and armour would win out in a prolonged fight.
Ironman just has tech, he can't fight. Batman was trained in martial arts and is more of a tactician than Ironman is. If Captain America can whoop Ironman's ass Batman--especially if he wears the suit he fought Superman in, should beat Ironman too.

Mando does not wear head to toe armor....there are weaknesses and exposed points (joints....)
Hell, Iron Man could just electrocute his ass.....
Some jumper cables connected to his Arc and "zuuup"...down goes Mando....
And again...Iron Man does not even have to be in the same country to be in this fight.....
I don't care how good Mando and Bats are.....they are people...not machines....
Let 50 suits of armor come at you.....after a while you will be tired....and then here comes suits #51-75....
Now if you want to talk about in person, Tony limited to 1-5 suits versus Mando and Bats.....then things could get interesting....
But without those stipulations.....there is no contest here.....at all
Batman dies in this fight. Seriously. As much of a Batfan as I am I feel random gives him too much credit and no prep time for this fight with. If Batman is so good he should be able to improvise. Seriously Batman can't fuck with iron mans personal.
He also has a disintegrator rifle. One shot and thats it.
Youre not giving Batman enough credit. Like I said, he's a tactician: If Batman knew they were going to fight he would study Ironman beforehand. Batman could devise a piece of tech to shutdown Ironman's suit. In a fight, Tony Stark aint shit without his Ironman armour. And again, if Captain America can beat Ironman Im sure Batman could figure out a way to.
You kind of repeated what I previously said. I did say outside his suit.
My bad. But Batman is tech savvy too. He could develop tech--like a virus, to shut Ironman completely down.

Tony shows up in the hulk buster, he can wear another suit while in it.....hell if he "has enough prep time" he could set up an armory and have a bunch of suits at his disposal....

Tony has a sophisticated AI, only Ultron was able to break into and weaken....and even then Tony ultimately recovered...Bats is not giving him a virus....
Bats does not kill....Mando and Tony do....
If 2 of them team up against the third, things get interesting....
but a strictly 1vs1vs1 ...Bats dies and the remaining 2 will fight to the death

(Whatever suit Tony Uses to fight the Avengers, it'll outlast the HellBat suit and Mando is easy hunting by either Iron/Bats.
If we're talking basic suits and weapons
Then Bats and either Mando and/or then Ironman

Pretty accurate. I thought it was a bit of a jump for Bats to go right to HellBat, but Tony responded how I would expect......he'd wait him out and then it's over.

See this is why these types of conversations don't work. It's a fight, three dudes locked in a room. No extra shyt, no prep time. A regular IronMan, a regular Batman and a regular Mando. Motherfcuker ain't bringing jumper cables to electrocute someone else. AI can reprogram a missiles my ass!!! Reprogram an alien OS...yeah AI is gonna learn an alien language without any point of reference, not everything is hackable via some unknown connection through the air. That's like saying you can hack nuclear missiles. They can't be hacked for that very reason
ANYBODY can write a comic that will write any of them as a winner. Mando hunts to kill based on his weaponry. Tony based on his armor suits up to impress. Are we trying to fight or a fashion show?

Now if the original question was locked in an abandoned airport hangar no extra suits, no prep time, just 1 v 1 v 1, who would win, that's one thing.
Change the location to a 20' X 20' room there's a different possibility.
Change it to an abandoned airport, something different.....
What's not said leaves the door open for a variety of interpretations.
