Yeah so if it comes out that Rihanna threw her shoe at Chris Brown and that is why he kicked off in her ass will that mean her and this girl got what they asked for. Like yall said she had to have done "something to make C. Brown snap. You need to check the federal laws, it does not matter what size or how old a person is. The law protects law enforcement, that is why it is mandatory that anyone who kills a police officer gets the death sentence. No crime has a mandatory death sentence, the death penalty can be sought after as penalty for certain crimes but is never mandatory, not even for treason.
And theres a minimum of life in prison for killing federal employees while on duty that would apply to federal law enforcement, but not local law enforcement.

The young lady was not justified in kicking her shoe at the deputy but that in no way gave him the right to brutalize her in the waythat he did.

The feds might get involved if they decide to pursue civil rights violation claims against the officer.
But as for the assault, it is state law governed by the laws of the State where the offense occurred.

The girl was wrong for kicking her shoe at him BUT it did not justify her being attacked like that, you are suppose to use reasonable force to subdue a assailant and she did not mount a physical attack against him nor was she combative when he assaulted her.
