Yeah bruh... I figured he must be some kind of guru given the transformation in the OP's vid. It was a trip seeing this though... dude was one of my fave wrestlers as a kid. Props to him for continuing to have a positive impact post-wrestling.

More Inspiration. I have been planning on doing a 60-day Bikram yoga challenge recently. After that I'm adding Cross-fit. Its amazing that it happened so fast too. Less than 2 years with as far as I can tell from the vid NO SURGERY or PILLS.
