Insanity Workout

Ok so I've decided to challenge myself ladies and do this INSANITY WORKOUT. I've heard that it is intense but I'm pretty sure I can do it. Have any of you given it a try? OR know anyone that is doing it? I plan on officially starting May 1st....

My best friend is doing it, and it is cooking her and her best friend's butt :lol:

They both used to run track and field and are "in shape," in terms of not being overweight, small, petite ladies...

They appear to be sticking with it, but I've heard it kicks your ass and some... are you doing it just for toning or some other reason?
 
That shit hell! I completed the workout a few times. My goal isn't to lose weight though. I just wanted to see if I could finish one workout. Make sure you eat one to two hours before you workout each time.
 
I dl'ed it , but never did it. I didn't think i was in good enough shape complete it yet.. maybe in a few weeks....

My coworker has done a few of the workouts, she said it was hard, but she felt good about her self

It is hard. I've been doing it when I have to workout at home. I'm a regular exerciser, but I barely made it through the warm-up the first week. If you are reasonably fit by the second week you should be straight BUT still very challenged. I've never gotten a better cardio workout without running, jumping rope, or using a cardio machine. If you are heavy or have a tricky knee you will need to lower the intensity (i.e. not jump high if you jump at all). Still, even if you lower the intensity of the plyo parts it's good!

I downloaded it from here, but I find it so useful I plan on purchasing it.

Im doing it to loose a few pounds but mainly to tone my body up... I keep hearing its hard. I saw the fit test and was a little nervous but I still wanna do it though. My goal is to loose at least 20lbs in 2 months and come down about 3pants sizes... I've always been thick but I'm "plump" now so I wanna tone everything up. I think I can handle it though.... i hope

ONYXFEMM its a an intense interval workout. U do it for 60 days and are supposed to get a better body.

Just be careful, and go at your own pace. Watch what you eat and in 60 days you should definitely see a difference.

Maybe you and OF can start on the same day and keep each other encouraged!!!

Yea... that sounds like a good idea lol... Im still tryin to dl the workout...
