That shit hell! I completed the workout a few times. My goal isn't to lose weight though. I just wanted to see if I could finish one workout. Make sure you eat one to two hours before you workout each time.
It is hard. I've been doing it when I have to workout at home. I'm a regular exerciser, but I barely made it through the warm-up the first week. If you are reasonably fit by the second week you should be straight BUT still very challenged. I've never gotten a better cardio workout without running, jumping rope, or using a cardio machine. If you are heavy or have a tricky knee you will need to lower the intensity (i.e. not jump high if you jump at all). Still, even if you lower the intensity of the plyo parts it's good!

Im doing it to loose a few pounds but mainly to tone my body up... I keep hearing its hard. I saw the fit test and was a little nervous but I still wanna do it though. My goal is to loose at least 20lbs in 2 months and come down about 3pants sizes... I've always been thick but I'm "plump" now so I wanna tone everything up. I think I can handle it though.... i hope
