i'm a member of ing and i don't even know about this. how do i get my referral link to send to people?
 
The EmigrantDirect and Citibank online accounts offer 5+% Interest. I recommend Citibank especially, which supply checking account and ATM cards, and much easier to join and maintain than ING.
 
when you log into your ING account look at the bottom of the page. Click on the refer a friend link.
