He was trying to lose weight and cleanse his body but I think he got addicted to eating watermelon smoothies. Watermelon is a nutritious fruit (no wonder crackers make black people ashamed for eating it) but he went overboard.

I was following him from day 1.

Hmmmmm, fruit for a fruit.

This nicca telling folk that since their doctor never did 54 days of watermelon that the doctor doesn't know what they are talking about when they say it is not safe.

I'm so sick of this dumb shit I don't know what to do. Education matters. Formal learning matters. Your doctor has knowledge about the human body that you don't bruh...that is just a fact. It makes no sense that such a high segment of the population completely disregards people who are legitimate experts in a particular field.

If you were about to drive over a bridge made by some interned influencer who just made some shit up for calculations, I guarantee you would take a different route. But yet, when it comes to personal health, muhfuckas just follow any old shit.

Actually it’s 90 percent water… 1 of the best fruits for you to eat for various reason.. hydration is one of them.. lots of benefits from eating fruit.. don’t let cacs who endorse microwave food like hot pockets have you thinking fruits that people been eating for thousands of yrs is bad for you
 
I've been raw vegan for 14 years. I'm 6'3" 218 pounds and am in the best shape of my life.

Only raw fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and green smoothies.

How do you get your omegas 3s, 6s, and 9s? Avocados?

Do you consume oils such as olive and others as they are plant-derived? Do you eat seed grains soaked overnight such as quinoa and amaranth? Do yo supplement with sprouted and fermented plant-based protein powders to make up the caloric deficit?
Over 10 years ago I was a vegan of 3 years, and on that regiment, I lost much weight and got down to as low as 149 lbs--Currently at 175. Does your stomach lining feel irritable due to the high concentration of fibrous food regularly consumed? This is often the case with many raw vegans among their many complaints years into the diet.

I consume 32 ounce green smoothie (my gf and I split 64 ounces) every day. In that smoothie I add 6 table spoons of shelled hemp seeds, 6 table spoons of chia seeds and 6 table spoons of flaxseed. Not sure how much but all this omegas should be covered with these seeds. We soak some of our almonds to rid the enzyme inhibiters. I eat tons of nuts and seeds daily. Caloric deficit? Ha ha, I consume probably 4 or 5 thousand calories a day. I literally eat over a pound (sometimes two pounds) of nuts, everyday. I also eat pounds of fruit and seeds, daily. I've never been skinny in any way, eating raw.

I also supplement with a 5000mg B12, let it dissolve under my tongue every Monday and Thursday.

Allegedly they tried several times to have her committed, but she ran off and all they would know is she was somewhere in Asia. That's the thing about forcing treatment on people with eating disorders, they'll cut you out of their lives or double down on it because it's the only thing in their life that they feel they can control. They see themselves as 100% normal and YOU are the one being unreasonable and crazy.

Your regiment is very similar to mine as I make a giant smoothie every morning with about 3 tbsp of hemp seeds, 3 tbsp of sunflower seeds, and a huge banana (pause). My morning smoothie is usually around 700-1000 calories per consumption. Perhaps I should increase my nut intake quantity (pause again). As of the last ten years, sardines have been a huge staple in my diet, but I've also noticed that I am intermittently sliding back into eating unhealthy large sums of meats like chicken. I hope to be meat-free at least five days out of 7 as I enter into my 40s. I no longer believe in complete veganism but rather a mix between plant-based and fish.
