Sorry about the rant but there's plenty of blame, its not just Trump, add in that spineless republican party. They're far worse than Trump. They put up a fake front like they have some concerns (like the tax bill) then turn around and vote in favor every time. People also need to wake up, seems the people too are not doing their jobs as citizens. Voting is not enough. Regardless of party elected officials are supposed to represent the people/voters. Meaning they work for us, not for their party's agenda. Presently no one is holding them accountable for their decisions, that's the peoples fault. Somewhere the narrative changed and it needs to be reestablished. The money they make is because we voted for them to gold office. Therefore when they vote against our best interest we need to hold them accountable.
Camille when I look at Trump's base and consider what that base is comprised of, I see no forthcoming split. That base is S O S. His base is of course the very rich but they are not so much the problem. I'm betting the change will come when Trump's policies kick in and these needy republicans start getting hit in their pockets. Bet those "red great again" hats start to disappear.
The bigger problem IMO is those that are still fighting the Civil War fighting for the confederacy, the flag wavers. That base consist of white supremacist, the pickup truck with the gun in the back window crew, the IQ challenged, KKK, the one's who vote republican because their daddy's daddy was a republican and the poorly educated. The republican agenda matters not, they will vote republican no matter what.
I'm just hoping they get his ass out of office before the simpleton starts a war.
Thanks for the links for the ebook version. Read all of it today. To me the story of the book was not Trump, but the people around him looking for something for themselves. Bannon knows the importance of history and being the first one to get his side of story out first. He named names so that he will get his day in front of Congress and sped up Trump's impeachment or resigning. Trump is a flawed vessel to him and damaging his cause. He wants to replace him in 2020 without having to run against him.
