As much as i didn't like Hillary when she was running against Obama in 07-08 because she was hating hard on Obama, I still like and respect her now that Obama made her part of the team, which was a genius idea on Obama's part by the way.

But, at the same time, I like Biden too.

It looks like Obama is indorsing Hillary because he did the interview along will her on 60 minutes.

It looks like they both may run in 2016 and I can't make my mind up who I would vote for.

Who yall got?

Biden. He's been a consistent progressive his entire political life. Hillary, like Obama, is more of a pragmatist. :hmm:

Hillary 2016. It was all part of the deal when she conceded defeat to Obama. Bill didn't come out full force for nothing.

Her being Secretary of State was nothing but a catalyst for the Clinton Global Initiative. She'll 'rest' which really means raise money, for a few years and go in ftw.

Biden's my boy, but he's not presidential.

It would have to be Biden, if those are my only choices. I can't forget how Hilary did the President during her campaign. Til this day I say fuck her and she is not to be trusted.

Biden. Hillary's health and the fact that most men wouldn't want a woman in charge of the country would guarantee a Republican victory.

Keep in mind that Biden will be 74 in 2016, Ronald Reagan was the oldest elected President and he was 70, people will be mindful of the fact that senility/Alzheimer's(?) set in in his second term, when he was 74+, although during the Inaugural Procession NOBODY had more pep in their step or was more genuinely happy and enjoying himself than Joe Biden, as the reporters pointed out he still enjoys the political "game", he likes to negotiate and work out deals, I said to myself as he was "glad-handing" in front of the White House that dude might have higher aspirations, peeps may be writing him off too early!

Clinton's done a great job of turning around people's perceptions of her since becoming Sec of State and she figuratively punched the Republicans in the eye during the Benghazi hearings last week (the ones they talked so hard that she wanted to avoid) but Joe Biden is the one I prefer between the two. His performance in his debate with Paul Ryan was one of the best in recent memory and turned the momentum of the campaign back to the President.
The one knock I have is his age. I'm not a fan of really old heads of state.
I do see someone else emerging, trying to split the difference.

The 10 million dead in Congo will ambush the bitch the way they did aspirations of that
bitch Susan Rice to the post US Secretary of State. Yes, Bill spent the 20-days right after
the elections in Uganda and Rwanda trying to bury the skeletons, but the truth will come
to the light. How did the Clintons turn $14 million in legal debts to tens of millions of
positive networth?

While I don't want to minimize the tragedy of the Congo, that won't affect any domestic political aspirations for Clinton.

As for their finances, that's pretty easy

http://www.cnn.com/2012/07/03/politics/clinton-speaking-fees/index.html

Clinton's fees were detailed in Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's annual financial disclosure report, released Monday. A CNN analysis of those records shows that the former commander-in-chief has earned $89 million from paid speeches since leaving the White House in January 2001.

While it is not unusual for former presidents to command millions of dollars in speaking fees after leaving office, Clinton is the only one subjected to strict disclosure requirements as a result of his wife's position as a high-ranking federal official, first as a U.S. senator and now as secretary of state.

And that doesn't count the books he and his wife wrote that did very well.

Because they are viewed as the saviours of the Democratic Party (and after Bill's DNC speech, rightly so), the money flows in to ANYONE viewed as such, hell even Sarah Pailin got a few nuts to send her money! (I AM NOT making any sort of comparison, only a statement of truth)

Speaking engagements, they are VERY lucrative, especially for someone like Bill.

I don't like the "built in" reasons on the choices so I won't pick one but I am leaning toward Biden. Hillary has some big time baggage from even before Clinton was elected, which I think would make her vulnerable to a Republican candidate. But I would like to see them both in a primary before making a decision.

Biden. That carry our bags comment Bill Clinton a turn me off to the Clintons.

= Neither: I'm not Voting at all.

Not true.

I wish more people would vote their conscience and vote for third party candidates. This isn't really a two party system but it's dominated by two parties that often collude in favor of corporations and the wealthy. We need stronger third parties and a media that will cover them seriously (other than MSNBC's night time lineup).

obama going to pull some shit like bloomberg did and run again

You have to change the constitution to do that.

Yup!

The Republicans had a grass roots effort going to try to change it for Ah-nold (US President HAS TO BE born here, nobody else does), after Roosevelt died in office from being re-elected 4 times Congress made sure that it wouldn't happen again by imposing term limits on the POTUS in the Constitution itself.

I' think she WOULD win. These women were actually heartbroken she didnt run but I was shocked that they supported Obama hard afterward. Palin actually made Hillary look even BETTER.

Doesnt matter who you would vote for, the real question who would WIN. The republicans may actually hate the Clintons MORE then Obama.

They do, more now than ever!

There speculation that Joe Biden MAY run for prez in 2016 and he hasn't denied or confirmed when asked.

As much as I like Joe B he really doesn't strike me as presidential material...but then again if W can win then ANYTHING is possible.

But if Hillary jumps in Joe doesn't have a chance. :smh:

Hillary took full advantage of her position to establish her own bonafides and did very well. I'ma tell you what IF she decides to run for 2016 Biden better step aside..I like Joe but his chances of winning POTUS becomes slim to none if Hillary throws her hat in the ring.

That's what they said in 2008 about Barack Obama.
A head to head with Clinton and Biden would have Clinton starting off strong but Biden would be a tough, tough debate and has earned some brand new fans since becoming VP.

thats ancient history and bill will fall on his sword for her if it came to that...also unless something catastrophic happens between now and 2016 to severely damage the dems as a party there aren't any republicans strong enough to take down hillary...who? Christie? he has no interest and killed any shot when he complimented Obama during sandy..Jeb Bush...the Bush name is severely damaged thanx to W...Rubio..young energetic minority COULD give Hillz a run but he'd be the ONLY one..

And Biden and Hillary both running in a primary would only cancel each other out..its got to be one or the other.
