You had to ask yourself 2 questions:
1. Do you find your neighbor Diane Calabrese attractive?
2. Do you want to have sex with Diane Calabrese?
In the spring time you suffer from "hay fever" which cause you to have watery eyes, stuffy nose, runny nose, constant sneezing, etc. this condition is exacerbated by cigarette smoke.
Diane, lives in the apartment below you and will go to the window and smoke. Normally, you can deal with it, but now it's causing you to have long sneezing spells and you are tearing up because the smoke is irritating your eyes.
You probably shouldn't but you go downstairs simply to explain your situation and ask her if it's possible for her to smoke in another part of her apartment since you are really suffering (you have a good relationship with Diane and she suffers from allergies in the Fall).
Diane actually apologizes and invites you in for a minute.
She explains that she is currently working as a "Webcam girl," and she needs something to relax her nerves, and further explains that either she smokes or she has sex to relax her before she goes on camera.
