she still in the industry?
You're not sure if it was the brief act of kindness or the accent that got your attention or maybe both?
When you got on the bus with your hands full of bags you were desperately looking for a seat on a crowded bus, but you didn't seem to be having any luck. Yet, out of nowhere a young lady with a strange accent asked you if you would like to sit down. You were truly surprised that a young lady would be willing to give up her seat for a man and the offer was truly appreciated, but you declined her kind gesture.
Nevertheless, the middle aged black woman seated next to her whispered something in her ear as if to say "don't blow it," and then stated that her stop was coming soon and said that you could have her seat. She smiled at you as she got up and you "Thanked" her as you positioned yourself to take her recently vacated seat (ironically, young lady that offered her seat offered to hold your bags while you tried to gather yourself).
You detected an accent and commented on it and she told you that her name is Sasha and she is originally from Algeria, but raised in Paris, France and has been in America for the last 2 years.
That was how the conversation started, however...
Things would escalate into a situation you would have never imagined...
