I'm a black ex-cop, and this is the real truth about race and policing

Good shit man. I wanna post this but I think imma take bits and pieces. Real good shit. It's gonna take the white folks and cops to make the change no matter how much we protest and petition they won't change shit until, they acknowledge that there is a problem.

Thank you for this:wepraise:.. I keep telling folks its not slavery as much as it is post slavery laws an conduct that shaped the hidden narrative of today that no one is talking about and many our people are wandering blind trying to figure out:hithead:. History and how we got here is so important and its not taught, only shared like this, family, tribal like. but mass media won't accept it as fact unless it has been blessed buy historians and even then its relegated and boiled down to an 1hr PBS special.:curse:

and that graph isn't really that accurate or doesn't depict the whole truth//jim crow may have ended on a federal level in the 50s but on state and local levels it was still around well into the 70s and in some places still on the books here and there. But the defacto aspect of all that shit is still prevalent in thought, attitude and action in housing, banking, education, judicial system, policing etc...
