i guarantee you, they will tell people that the funds they receive will have to be used towards buying a house, or opening a business, or furthering their education.....or some shit like that. but lets go ahead and do the math. Evanston is a city of 75,000. 27% of the population is black. so thats 20,250 black people there. 10 mil divided by 20k+,.......they will almost get $500 a piece.
