My friend who's a server for Cheesecake Factory says the other servers do shit like this all the time because they don't want to wait on black people because of the stereotype that black folks don't tip.

Its a belief that we as diners don't tip. I tip ten to fifteen bucks . I received a lecture from a friend back in undergrad a few yrs ago. She worked at Morton's.
