76ers would lose a quality player in elton brand, but would move his franchise killing contract. that's a wash.

76ers would lose an overpaid athletic finisher and marginal slasher in andre iguodala, and as an added plus would jettison his hefty contract. that's a major win.

76ers would gain a $14.5M trade exception from the cavaliers. also a win.

76ers would gain a talented veteran who would quickly become sullen, unhappy and unmotivated in jason richardson. that's a loss for club morale, which would already be tremendously low from being gutted and having a chucker head coach.

what position is the miami heat pick?

IMO the suns would be foolish to trade jason richardson, who is playing very well for them right now.

i also believe it would be foolish for the cavaliers to trade antawn jamison.
