When I was in NYC, discussed it with an attorney to legally look it up if we could pay a female to have sex in NY. And yes it was legal to do so for artistic purposes.

So I could pay a girl, to have sex with someone else, for the act of creating art.

Legally so could someone who did POV type scenes where they are enjoying the sex and filming. Of course you should have a site or means to show proof you have a business as such if you ever got busted.

But do you see legally how anyone could get away with fucking a chick for money?

A business storefront is different obviously, which is why I'd do a consult with an attorney who specializes in that.

lets use our old school friends for an example.. if your boy from Brooklyn wink wink you know who I’m talking about was throwing a sex doll party where hundreds of dudes were fucking dolls at his old location you and I know damn well police running up in their and shutting it down for various reasons and he would’ve got arrested for throwing an illegal sex party… if there was evidence that he was doing it at that location consistently for over a yr than more charges would be giving out cause now they would say it was a brothel

Police task force are/were bullies. I remember too well, was in a bust at 133rd with BH.

But see these are not legal businesses.
Cops will bust in for no liquor license and sex on premises without proper permits and whatever else they can conjure up on you.

But... If you had a legal biz, doing such, permits allowing that. They can't come in and bust you every second. That's why you sue the shit out of them as long as your business is completely legit. You have permits for doing whatever.

I could be wrong, but I don't see how it's illegal if you're not having sex with another living being. It's an object.

Discuss it with a local biz attorney who knows the ins and outs prior to doing anything for wherever you plan to set up shop.

He in Cali.. I think laws would have a problem with sex acts going on.. it’s like this there’s no place where you can just masterbate freely.. so this would be like masterbating at a club or bizzness.. they would use some kinda public nudity or sex act rule to try to deny it

Easiest thing is to start by maybe finding a local paralegal, asking if they know, and can research the legality of it.

Going down the road of where to open it up is the next hurdle. Meaning residential homes zoning, distance from schools, that type of stuff.

We pretty much saying the samething as zoning , regulations, etc.. just the sex act/ masterbating rules where we differ.. I definitely think certain states wouldn’t allow it.. idk how Cali would feel

You reminded me of the good old days (pre Guilani) when we used to go to this strip club in the Bronx (Hunts Point area) called the "Goat." The pros were outside working the corners as usual (and I am sure a few came into the club too), and a lot was going on inside the club too. It was a small neighborhood establishment, but everybody got along and had a good time (especially, if a young lady took you in the back where the pinball machines were located).

Why you keep saying Cali like they don't film porn in public out there. Prior to Covid and the porn industry falling off, you would drive around LA and see many times signs posted to not go down a street saying "Not a Kiddie Film being filmed" or something to that effect. They used to be very lax about that.

I don't see how it would be frowned upon in many places across America, as long as its not close to anything, in a congested area like a busy municipality. You won't be stepping on any toes or upsetting some Karen.

Lol I know Cali was wide open at one point.. I’m just saying Cali cause certain things they got stricter now post covid.. also Cali is expensive.. so getting the venue, licenses, etc won’t be cheap.. so all that has to be considered in the equation..like how they gonna tax him crazy also

This is how great ideas start..someone thinking out the box and asking questions..than certain people with a lil knowledge put their 2 cents in it.. than if someone or some people are interested they start doing further research..than eventually put things into action.. but it starts with an idea, than a discussion.. so this thread believe it or not isn’t as bad as some would think.. if a establishment like this could exist in America and with the right funds, location, and promotion I could see some white and Asian weirdos coming out to use this service.. crazy thing it’s considered a fetish so you could even charge high.. so investing in something like this could be profitable
