Invest 4 mil on a mixture of Index funds, housing units (condominiums, luxury apartments etc) and keep 500k broken up into a bunch of 5% high yield earning accounts and keep the rest. You'd have to be kidden yourself if you say you'll invest everything. Thats just unrealistic.
Invest in one of these marijuana start ups like Gfarma.

i'm a jew by heart..i'd prob wouldn't even spend 60-70 percent of my annual bread so every yr my left over money would go into the next yr..hell i'd prob spend more money helping people than actually spending it on myself..i'm a simple dude dosen't take a lot to make me happy

get 1 house you want exactly how you want to live in it and own it.
cars you can lease if you MUST change rides every few years.
aside from that, the world is simple as hell.
food to eat, water and stuff to drink.

I already have a revolutionary plan to totally revamp the way business is done in the black community by opening black-owned stores and 5 million would go along way toward implementing that
I would probably only spend less than $300,000 of that on myself.
Pay off house: $155,000
Finish basement: $20,000
Used Acura RDX: $38,000
85" Samsung: > $9,000
The rest would be toward pushing this project forward eliminating the Arabs, Asians and Indians from our community and ensuring that the black dollar circulates the way it should in the black community. I will probably still need to crowd fund to ensure that I have enough funds to ensure success, and further expand this business.
I'll get into more details at a later date, but best believe this project, the way I have it structured can't help but make money, and tons of it, all the while helping the community and not just sucking it dry like businesses before it

But they were just asking for investors before they make their ipo. I was trying to get in before then.
