If You Could be the General Manager of 1 Professional Sports Team

My beloved Bears, it has been a straight disaster.

The Bears.

I'd fire Ron Turner, Pep Hamilton, Harry Hiestand and Lovie as Defensive Coordinator. It would be tough to bring in a big name OC because the HC is on the hot seat but Id get a decent QB coach, a DC unafraid to disagree with Lovie and a O line coach that lit fire under the Oline's ass. The only 2 times the Bears have been to the Super Bowl was when the DC and HC didnt get along although Lovie and Riveria got along better than Ditka and Buddy.

Id check and see if maybe Dennis Green could come on as OC and see if he could get Jim Zorn to rebuild Cutler's self esteem and confidence after this bullshit ass season. Idk of any good available OL coachs off the top of my head but Id defer to the OC for suggestions.

See if Romeo was interested in running a 4-3 just to get his name out there again.

Then in FA get the Rams starting FS, that they have franchised the past couple of years. Sign a big veteran WR, because what we have now are either slot receivers or vastly inexperienced. Cut Orlando and Vasher in June or July. Mandate that Cutler and the WR's spend at least 6 weeks together practicing before training camp. Sign an offensive guard with a surly disposition, every on the line seems too damn soft. Draft at least 2 offensive linemen with the first 3 picks, with a strong possibility of at least 1 starting or giving one the current vets a run for his money. Draft a big FB that can help open up some holes for Forte.

Seems unrealistic but, hey I can dream.

I agree with these points but also fire ron turdner's best buddy figure-head Strength & Conditioning coach Rusty Jones basically he is a waterboy, i have never seen a BEARS team not physical or athletic enough to compete on Sundays:angry::angry::angry:The BEARS players are physically THE weakest team in the NFL:smh::smh::smh:They got pushed around on both sides of the ball, our running backs, TE's and WRs get tackled so easily. When was the last time you seen a BEARS player break a tackle:smh::smh:

Coach Lovie and his boyfriend bob babich fukked up the defense

The buddy system is killing the bears, fukkin nepotism at its worst!!:angry:

since the BEARS dont have the 1st 3 picks, I believe they can get some talented O-lineman in the mid rounds. Most of the NFL pro bowl caliber O-lineman are usually drafted in the mid rounds anyway. There needs to be more competition at all positions, I am tired of coach lovie rewarding players starting time just cuz he likes & gets along with them or that the player got a phat azz contract, i.e Orlando Pace & Frank Omiyale.
FUKK DAT SHYT
:angry::angry::angry::angry::angry:

in CHI sports talk radio they have been pushing Bill Cowher as the new hc, he is a cool but I somewhat like Shanahan slightly better
as off. coordinator I like Mike Martz:confused: at least his offensive scheme wont be so dam predictable

If I was an owner, I would never hire you. LOL So you going to get rid of JR and take a HUGE hit on your salary cap. Then who would you be able to sign?

Both of you guys are kidding about drafting John Wall right? You want an unproven college kid with no jumper to replace a NBA All Star Harris? I couldn't hire you guys. If you are Jersey, you get the #1 pick and shop it for a great deal. A lot of teams will be lined up to get that pick from them.

The Nets need to let Dell Harris coach. This guy needs another shot at coaching. The team is the youngest or 2nd youngest in the NBA with 3 of their starting 5 out most of this season so I expected that start from them. When Yi comes back you have a pretty good starting 5. They need a Small Forward. They can probably get T-Mac for cheap in the off season. Nets just need to hurry up and move to Brooklyn because they don't have an identity right now.

Great moves. I would hire you to be a GM. I wouldn't get Byron Scott to coach though.

If I had my choice I would take the Miami Heat GM job. I would wait until All Star break to see what the if the Clippers are still in the 3rd worst spot in the Western Conference. If they are completely out of the Playoff race and real shitty, I would call them and say "hey, how would you guys like 22 million dollar salary cap space next season." If they say yes, I would trade Jermaine O'Neal's expiring 22 mill contract and ask them to send me Barron Davis (who is signed to a multi year deal) and Marcus Camby (who has an expiring contract). In this economy they would be more likely to take this deal. I think Barron would make DWade stay in Miami. Then in the off season there will be quality players for cheap because no one is spending big loot like they use to in the NBA. You could resign Camby for 7 mill and I would try to add Boozer for about 8 or 9 mill. Then I could resign Haslim for the Mid level exception and sign JJ Reddick because I doubt if the Magic resigning him with that salary cap they have and resign Dorrell Wright fro dirt cheap. Finally I'm drafting Dexter Pittman from Texas to be my backup Center and maybe future center. These moves gives me a damn good team to compete for the top 3 spots in the East.

Damn. I gotta pat myself on the back. Did I not say in December the Miami Heat was going t pick this dude. Damn I'm good. LoL
