Even with Javon Hargrave gone to the Eagles, we will still have the best defense in the league.
Cam Heyward, Wormley and a rejuvenated Stephen Tuitt will not let anyone run on the Steelers;
Under the pressure of Bud Dupree, Vince Williams, defensive QB Devin Bush, and the animal
TJ Watt, expect every opposing QB to be on the run for his life on each and every single play.
Any QB who succeeds in making a throw, does so at his own peril, as Minkah Fitzpatrick's
secondary is relentless and ruthless
The Steelers defense will be no1 this year barring injury.
That leads me to the offense, yes Ramon Foster is gone, but the offensive line will not miss
a beat. The skill players will be much improved. The runners and the catchers will be
good.
The problem is the QB. Ben Rapesburger is in it for the money and the stature. Deep inside, I
do not believe he has faith tht he can win a Super Bowl. For him, the whole team is set up
to raise his numbers as high as possible for when he goes to Canton. It is also there to pay
him a crippling and unjustified fortune of $34 million/ year, second only to Russell Wilson...…
Ben will throw 70% of the time, and far too many of those passes will be inaccurate,
incomplete or completed to the other team. There will be zero ball control under that
MOFO, and if he does not complete his ill advised bombs, our defense will be back on
the field, worn out in the 4th quarter, and run down by mid season.
Even If Ben plays well, he will arguably still be the worst QB in a division that has Lamar Jackson,
Baker Mayfield, and Joe Burrow. Basically, the Steelers will be an animal with an excellent body
and useless and rotten head in Ben Rapesburger…
The only solution "may be" Cam Newton. He has been cut and should be available relatively
cheaply. With Cam on the team, Mike Tomlin can be sure that he has a security shield in case
of poor play by or injury to Rapesburger
