...any responsiblity or accountablity at all?

Lets say they dont like how your kids go through their things. . .or any other legit or illegiament complaint that the other person may have.

you got nowhere to go, deal with where you at.
 
If you allow someone to stay at your house they are your guest and deserve courtesy. That mean they have the same rights in your house that you do. You can lay down some personal space rules (your bathroom is here, your bed is here, your towels are here) but after that you have lots of responsiblity for them.

If you don't like to do that don't let people stay at your house. :dunno:
