Since DC always goes full retard on power levels - I would have to go DC.
Marvel puts cons and limits on powers more often than DC does.

I don't think you can compare the two only because Marvel Zombies is basically a "What If" story that keeps going on and on. So Marvel can kill whomever they want because most of it is not happening in the 616 Timeline.
DC has this affecting their Earth 1 characters. So what ever happens will have to be expained some place down the line.
With that being said, I think The Black Lanters have the upper hand for now. The Marvel Zombies became cartoonish.

Thanks. Wasn't sure how to answer this one. I'm going with the Lanterns.
One of the main reasons I can't enjoy a DC books is because of how they give away powers with little to no con.
The best DC stories are usually the crime stories because when it comes to cosmic level stories - They paint a character or group to push planets and punch HOLES in the universe...yet somehow they get defeat by a piece of wood or rare rock...
Firestorm as a black lantern is a prime example...He had the power to turn anything to anything else....
He could turn Superman into a bag of weed and smoke it if he wanted too...his only draw back was his shared mind with the professor...now he is back from the dead with a black lantern ring...he should be the game ender but knowing DC he will be defeated by a green monkey from the amazon with 1 left nut.
