I agree squats and lunges work the best. Usually when I gain weight it goes to my butt and thighs




My new gym routine: 20 min elliptical, leg extensions 3 reps of 15, 8lbs on the weights for biceps etc... 3 reps of 12, SQUATS 3 reps of 20...im feeling the burnnn...just waiting to see the results

getting hit from the back on a regular basis helped mine...I will try lunges and all the other stuff after my baby. I say post yours so we can all cum I mean come to a general consensus....
