Then you have no idea of the actual facts of the 3/5th's designation. It was put into the constitution in order to win necessary votes from the southern states to pass legislation. The southern whites were afraid (with good reason) that Black people wouldn't vote their (whites) interests so the passage was added that a black VOTE only counted as 3/5th's of a white vote. Of course, women didn't vote in those days, so it only pertained to men.
