Do some of yall think that being a nigga is cool in this day and age? It seems that once you do get knowledge of yourself, you wouldn't wanna be called that. And why would you not wanna know where all this bullshit came from? I know I got homeboys that say that shit and I slip from time to time but it aint cool at all. If you had a newborn at the hospital, you know you would be upset if someone said "I heard you got a baby, let me see the little nigga!" Shit is getting old man, damn.

Supreme, I understand your stance fam, but what Ice is trying to say is that it's a word that we have adopted and used for our own purpose, not what it was originally used for. He gave a good example with fat. Fat is used to explain big, out of shape, undesirable. We turned around and used Phat to mean desirable! Ice is a street dude to the heart; his explanation is from that of a vet street dude. I think people like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson need to be more worried about our people going to jail and being killed in record numbers as oppose to using they media influence to argue about a bullshit word. If every black person in America stopped saying Nigga tomorrow, that will not free 2 million plus black males from jail, that will not stop any bullets from flying through Marcy or Nickerson Gardens tonight.
